Sir Keir Starmer to Press Supporting Countries on Advanced Missile Systems for Ukrainian Forces at London Summit
The UK Prime Minister plans to press partner nations to deliver Ukraine with further advanced missile systems to target enemy locations during discussions in the UK capital on the upcoming Friday.
The prime minister plans to receive President the Ukrainian head of state alongside what's known as "coalition of the willing", comprising more than 20 of Kyiv's partners who have pledged to grant the Ukrainian government security guarantees once fighting stops is negotiated.
Ukraine's president has been pleading for weeks for further extended-range systems from the West, a step that Russia has warned would intensify the conflict.
President Zelensky is coming from the EU capital, where he met EU leaders on Thursday seeking financial support.

Britain's leader will press delegates to ramp up the provision of advanced missile technology following an effective attack on an industrial facility in the Bryansk region, Russia, using Britain-delivered missile systems.
